To request free SC by mail
1. Get your code. Log into your Cosmic SparX account and ensure your full legal name is filled out on your profile. Click the "Postal Request Code" link and follow the prompts to generate a 12-digit code.
Valid for 45 days, single-use only.
2. Fill out the request card. On one side of a blank, unlined 4" x 6" card or paper, write the following in black ink, using only your own legible handwriting.
Top-left corner: your 12-digit Postal Request Code.
Below the code, in this exact order:
- Your full legal name (matching government ID)
- Your registered account address
- Your registered account email
- Your User ID
- This exact statement:
"I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Cosmic SparX. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Cosmic SparX's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."
3. Prepare and mail the envelope. Place one card per #10 envelope (no packages or bulk mailers). Handwrite your return address and the words "Sweepstakes Entries" on the front. Address the envelope to:
COSMIC SPARX SWEEPSTAKES DEPARTMENT [Address pending]
Mail it with standard postage from your home state or province.
Reward: 3 Sweeps Coins credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days.
