How long do redemption requests take?

Every redemption request on Cosmic SparX™ goes through two stages.

First, we review the request. This includes confirming that your identity verification is complete, that the applicable playthrough requirement has been met, that you are located in an eligible jurisdiction, and that the account passes standard security checks.

Once the request is approved, the time to receive your prize depends on the redemption method you selected:

• Digital wallet or prepaid card: usually within a few hours
• Bank transfer: usually 1 to 3 business days
• Wire transfer: usually 1 to 2 business days

Processing times are estimates and may vary. A request may take longer if additional verification is required. Approval is never automatic.
