Why do I sometimes see leftover cards or buttons on the screen?

If you notice leftover cards, buttons, or other interface elements from a previous hand still visible on the screen, it is usually caused by a weak or unstable internet connection.

When the connection briefly drops or slows down, parts of the interface may not refresh correctly, leaving behind elements from the previous game state.

To fix the issue, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data or move to an area with a stronger signal, then relaunch Cosmic SparX™ to refresh the interface. If the issue continues, please contact Customer Care.
