Does my session expire?

No. Your session stays active until you log out. Cosmic SparX™ does not log you out automatically after a period of inactivity.

This means your account stays exactly where you left it, so you do not lose your place in a game or a tournament because you stepped away. It also means that closing your session is up to you.

We recommend that you:

• Always log out when you finish playing, especially on a shared, public or borrowed device
• Avoid saving your password in a browser you do not control
• Never share your login details with anyone

Only one session can be active at a time. If you log in from a second device, you will be asked to confirm before the new session opens, and your previous session will be closed.

If you ever see that confirmation prompt without having tried to log in yourself, change your password and contact Customer Care.
