What can I do if I'm stuck on a black screen and can't open Cosmic SparX?

If Cosmic SparX™ will not open and you are stuck on a black screen, try the following:

• Switch to a different internet connection (for example, from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa).
• Clear your browser cache.

If the issue persists, please contact Customer Care. Include a description of the issue along with your username, device name, model number, operating system version, and a screenshot or video if possible.
